Draft product policy. IMS is still in development. Every USD amount is an unapproved candidate pending final international pricing. Final commercial terms and the License Agreement / EULA will be presented before purchasing is enabled.
The initial native release targets one Apple M2-or-later Mac, with Host and Client on that same Mac. Supported models and macOS versions will be confirmed after device testing and must meet each model’s minimum OS requirement. Multiple-Mac LAN support is planned for a later update, with no confirmed date. The initial native app targets English and Japanese; Chinese website content does not indicate native Chinese support.
Restore is not available in the current development build. Purchasing will open only after the customer restore method is completed and verified.
02Deliverables
License
Perpetual internal use by one purchasing legal entity. Source code and source-level modification rights are not included. The first three months of Updates are included.
License Plus
Planned for perpetual internal use with full source, internal customization, technical documentation, and customer-server/self-hosted operation. The License Updates add-on is not included or available for Plus.

What License Plus allows
- Inspect, edit, extend, and integrate the full source for internal use
- Use internally modified versions
- Engage an external developer under confidentiality and the same restrictions
- Use planned build, deployment, database, API, and backup/restore documentation
What no plan grants
- No sale or resale of original or modified versions
- No unauthorized transfer, sublicensing, or redistribution of product files
- No publication of IMS source code or product files in public repositories, websites, social media, or public file shares
- No third-party SaaS, rental, hosting, or service-bureau provision
04Updates and maintenance
License Updates
Months 1–3 are included. Optional continuation requires explicit opt-in at the $31/month USD candidate price for months 4–6 and $62/month from month 7. The version purchased remains available without an Updates subscription. Paid Updates never starts automatically.
The first six months after purchase (three free months and three months at half price) are excluded from the period used to earn continuing-use rights. After that, every six consecutive months of an uninterrupted Updates subscription earns the right to continue using the version at that milestone after the subscription ends. With no interruption, the milestones are 12, 18, 24 months after purchase, and so on.
This continuing-use right does not automatically extend to the latest version at the end of the subscription. After the subscription ends, you can use the version purchased and the versions for which you obtained continuing-use rights at these milestones.
If the subscription ends before you earn new continuing-use rights for that period, you can then use only the version purchased and versions for which you previously earned continuing-use rights. If you end the subscription at or after the six-month point following purchase and then subscribe again, you earn continuing-use rights for the version at each new milestone of six consecutive months from resubscribing. Time from previous subscriptions is not added. You retain the continuing-use rights you previously earned.
License Plus responsibility
The purchaser manages source changes, functionality, compatibility, and security. Updates is not a third product and cannot be added to License Plus.
05Conditions
Legal entity and notices
Each product covers the purchasing legal entity. Parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other separate legal entities generally require their own plan. Intellectual-property ownership is not transferred, and copyright, license, and third-party notices must remain.
AI, OSS, and self-hosting
Internal AI tools may be used only when submitted code is excluded from third-party model training. Model training and public datasets are prohibited. Self-hosting, supported environments, deployment, SLA, tax, refunds, migration, and delivery details remain under development or review.
Internal use ≠ resale or redistribution
These products are for internal business use. Customers may use IMS while selling their ordinary products or services, but may not sell, sublicense, host, or redistribute IMS itself.
